About Lisa
 |
Lisa is a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal
Trainer.
Fitness is an ongoing commitment for Lisa. After graduating from UW-Madison
participating in local 5k’s as a recreational runner proved to be both
enjoyable and fun. These local runs later grew into a more competitive
desire to participate in sprint triathlons; over 25 half marathons; and most
recently the 2010 Midwest North Face Endurance Marathon and 2011 Midwest
North Face 50k Endurance Run.
Her own personal experiences and a commitment to utilize functional exercise
as a means to improve strength and conditioning brought Lisa to share her
fitness training with many people both as a Personal Trainer as well as
leading various classes and groups at FAST and previously at the YMCA at
Pabst Farms Oconomowoc.
Lisa is also certified as a TRX Group instructor as well as having achieved
certifications through Mad Dogg Athletics as a Spinning Instructor. Besides
running, she enjoys traveling with her family, kayaking and most recently
Bikram yoga. |
