PERSONAL TRAINING
We have a
true passion for Personal Fitness and design each program to meet your specific
fitness goals: strength, endurance, balance, speed and muscle tone.
Sessions are scheduled one on one or in small groups (3-6)
Clients can meet with a trainer 2-3 times weekly or have a great program
designed and work independently for 3-4 weeks before meeting for an update.
