12 Week Sprint and Olympic-distance training plan with weekly group workout.

May 8 - July 24 

(12 week training plan)

Thursday evenings 6-7:30 pm

Locations include:

YMCA at Pabst Farms, P3 in Brookfield and Lannon Park

Highlights include:

• Bike Handling Skills
• Swim Stroke Analysis
• Efficient Run Technique 
• Mock Triathlon
• Weekly Q&A
• Open Water Swim
• Nutrition
• Transitions
• Strength Training

Weekly individual training includes: 1-2 Swim, 2-3 Bike, and 2-3 Run workouts. Including one group workout with the team on Thursday evenings. Locations for the weekly group workouts will change each week and will include both pool and open water swimming.

Program leads up to Tri-ing for Children’s Sprint and Olympic Distance Triathlon, July 27 at Ottawa Lake in Eagle, WI.
